The rehabilitation of the Torre 5 Condominium, carried out by SICEA Srl, involved the architectural and energy upgrading of the perimeter walls with a ventilated facade, insulation with thermal insulation, and repainting and restoration of the deteriorated surfaces.
Sicea was then responsible for the refurbishment of window boards and thresholds, restoration of the balconies and parapets, and upgrading the tinwork.
The project also included roof insulation and waterproofing, replacement of window and door frames, installation of photovoltaic and solar thermal systems, and upgrading of elevator systems and solar screens.
Finally, boilers were replaced, flues adjusted, heating system terminals replaced, and air conditioning systems renovated.
