SICEA Srl, in the construction of this residence in Piazza De Gasperi 87 (PD), combined energy and architectural improvements, using innovative solutions. In doing so, it transformed the building into a model of energy efficiency and sustainability, reducing energy consumption and improving living comfort.
The use of a ventilated facade system allowed for an improvement in thermal insulation, allowed for the passage of new systems, and offered compositional flexibility. The interior facades were treated with an exterior thermal insulation and wall finish.
The exterior metal substructure attached to the building’s supporting structure and Stiferite FIRE B panels for thermal-acoustic insulation provide fire resistance and improved thermal efficiency.
